Leaving WordPress here is not a war against WordPress. It is a question of size.
When a project is personal, the value is in writing, testing, and publishing without an entire stack of themes, plugins, updates, and dependencies that are not part of the central idea.
The goal
To have a base I can open in any editor, understand in a few minutes, back up without drama, and host predictably. If a dashboard, comments, newsletter, or search makes sense in the future, the platform can gain those pieces one at a time.
For now, the priority is to put a first version online that is light, fast, and mine.
